climb on top of the mountains
and take in what feels like fresh air
and freedom from all the things
that have been going on inside your head.
it is okay to take more time out of your life
for doing the things that make you feel the most alive.
in a world where everyone has to always have their life together,
there needs to be a space, where we can rest
and reflect on not just ourselves,
but also on the way society works
and how it can affect our mental health.
