After talking about Chinese books, Korean dramas, music and all of my latest obsessions, it does not surprise me at all that this haul is entirely consisting of Asian stuff. So you may ask yourself, how did this huge order happen...well, as I was watching some(by that I mean a lot of) YouTube videos and ended up seeing so many YesStyle hauls, it really made me curious about the website. Until a month or so I was really unsure about any Asian website because it did not seem like they would sell good quality stuff and most of the time the clothes do not look like the picture online. After discovering the website and the big variety of things from fashion to skincare, it was only a matter of time until I decided to just try it out. Because this haul has grown incredibly big(possibly the biggest haul I have ever done) I decided to split it into two parts. So in this first part, you will get to see mostly fashion pieces and some little accessories while the second part will include mainly skincare products, which are the products I am most excited to try. Also, all I am saying in this post is my real honest review and I paid for it with my own money. So after pointing that out in the first place, shall we begin?
The first thing I bought was a little wallet in this beautiful mauve color. It is exactly how I wanted my wallet to be because it can hold all my cards, coins and of course money. At the same time, it has the perfect size to fit into every bag or even pocket of my jacket, which comes really in handy when you are always on the run or just in school like I am. You would not believe me how long I was searching for a small wallet like this one and I am so so happy to finally found a good one. Another little detail that literally made my inner fangirl jump was the writing on it because it not only says that it was made in Korea(and I love Korea), it also says Forever Young, which is a song from BTS. So let me conclude my feelings about this wallet in three sentences: Wow! What a beauty! Adore it!
The next thing I found on YesStyle are these unique earrings. Okay, this style of earrings is getting pretty popular at the moment, but they are so freaking beautiful, that I just could not help it. Compared to my other earrings, these ones are pretty big, but I still like them a lot and I have been worn them a few times already. The only downside about these ones is, that they do not come with the clasp. Nevertheless, they are absolutely stunning and a good addition to my little jewelry collection.
After all those little things, let us start with the fashion pieces. Starting off I found this really cute Pyjama set and looking at the picture it was love from first sight. Now that I tried it on, the material did not feel like I imagined it and that is something that can happen with literally any brand or online shop. Still, I am a bit disappointed, because I was really looking forward to this set. I was hoping for a soft and silky kind of material, but it felt harder and itchy. The fit of it was okay, but as I said the set was not how I would like it to be.
After the pajama fail, I have found a new favorite blouse in this basic but really stunning beige color. One thing I do not find in Germany or any western country are these kinds of collars because they are rather simple and feminine than most of the blouses we can get here. It really depends on the figure and taste, but I personally think this kind suits me the best. Every time I try on a blouse with a normal neckline it looks more like a low neckline on me. It is probably caused by my height, small torso and shoulders, which is also why I can easily wear the one-size you find in Asian stores. I also feel really grown-up and confident when I wear this blouse and that is all a girl wants, right?
The last fashion piece I found is this really adorable jacket and it was not the first time I saw this jacket. I am not sure if this jacket is sold on many other websites, but I saw a lot of pictures on Pinterest. The style of this jacket is a mixture between a bomber and cord jacket, which is also really trendy at the moment. The only thing that was a bit different, is the color because the sleeves looked more like a darker nude mauve. It is pinker in my opinion, but I still like the jacket a lot. The style is a bit different from all the jackets we can buy in Germany and that is always a big plus for me. The more different the better, right? Also, the jacket is perfect for fall and has a good inner lining which keeps you warm without sweating. It is definitely one of those pieces I know I will get a good wear out of it. On the whole, I like the jacket even more after wearing it several times and I am glad that I ordered it.
